1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 “Public Offer” (hereinafter “Offer”) – a public proposal made by the Seller to an unspecified number of individuals to conclude a remote contract for the sale of educational services (hereinafter the “Agreement”) under the terms specified in this Offer.

1.2 “Order” – the selection of educational services by the Buyer from the website’s offerings, including completing the purchase form or placing an order through the Seller’s Operator.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

2.1 By placing an Order on the website, the Buyer agrees with all terms of this Offer.

2.2 The Seller has the right to amend this Offer without prior notice.

2.3 This Offer remains valid indefinitely unless otherwise stated on the website.

2.4 The Seller provides accurate and full information about each educational service listed on the website.

3. PRICING

3.1 Prices for all services are displayed on the website.

3.2 The Seller reserves the right to update prices unilaterally.

3.3 If the price of an already ordered service changes, the Seller will notify the Buyer within 10 days.

3.4 The Buyer may proceed with the original price if it was set before the change.

3.5 Prices for services that have already been paid cannot be changed.

3.6 Payment is considered complete once funds are received by the Seller.

3.7 All payments are made via bank transfer to the Seller’s account.

4. ORDER PROCESSING

4.2 When registering, the Buyer agrees to provide the following information:

• Email address

• Phone number

4.3 The name and price of the selected service are specified on the payment page.

4.4 The Seller may request additional information to process the Order.

4.5 If the Buyer refuses to provide required information, the Seller is not responsible for any inaccuracies.

4.6 Acceptance of this Offer is confirmed by submitting an Order via the website or through an Operator.

4.7 The Seller is not liable for the accuracy of Buyer-provided information.

4.8 The Buyer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of provided information.

4.9 The remote Agreement is considered valid upon the Seller receiving proof of payment.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

All photographs and video recordings used in training or on the website are the intellectual property of New York Photo Academy and its instructors. Distribution or use of these materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Quotes and excerpts may be used only with proper credit and a hyperlink to the academy’s website.

According to international copyright law and U.S. copyright law, all educational content (photos, videos, texts, graphics) created or used by the academy is protected. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of copyrighted material is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

The author of any creative work holds the copyright upon creation. No registration is required to establish ownership. However, the author may choose to register the work to strengthen legal protection.
